On our recent vacation my son discovered cold soup. He had it a few times on our cruise. When I saw this recipe I thought he would enjoy it. Summer is in full swing and melons are ripe. I think the addition of the fresh ginger changed the taste enough that he did not like this one. He preferred the strawberry bisque he had on vacation. Can’t win them all.
