I keep telling myself that Fall is coming.  We have been having record heat and humidity in California and quite frankly I am tired of it.  If I can’t get the weather to cooperate I at least can change my baking to Fall flavors.  This week’s baking assignment from Baking Chez Moi is Apple Kuchen….
