I am baking my way through Baking From My Home to Yours by Dorie Greenspan. I am on muffins at the moment. I have not had corn muffins in a while so it was a nice change. My son decided he didn’t really like corn muffins.

I had every intention of making several recipes out this book but I managed to only make the roasted sweet potato wedges, which were good. The cookbook is visually stunning, great pictures. My cooking interests have gone on to other things but I hope to make it back to this cookbook some time.
