
When I think of seafood I don’t think of a red sauce. I did not think these two went together which is why I have been avoiding this recipe but boy was I wrong. We had this meal for Christmas Eve dinner and it was a hit with everyone. I took Kim’s advice and used Trader Joe’s frozen seafood bag which made shopping and preparation a snap. I also went with a short penne pasta since it is what I had on hand. We all enjoyed it and deemed it repeat worthy.
