Inspired by the latest season of the Junior Great British Bake Off, I decided to make Liam’s poop emoji biscuits ie cookies. It was a revelation to me that the recipes were available on the website, I did not know this. The recipe is printed by UK standards ie the metric system. I was not daunted by the weights in grams as I have a food scale but substituting gelatin leaves for granulated gelatin took some research. A couple take aways for this recipe, I managed to get 11 cookies out of this recipe including the cookie base. I think Liam’s 4 servings is way off unless he thinks 3 cookies are a serving:). Also, I thought placing the eyes in the chocolate was the most challenging part. Here is a link to the recipe.
