I had one sheet of puff pastry in my freezer so that was my motivating factor in voting for this one. Also, my husband loves anything with jam. I am a novice when it comes to puff pastry and I think it showed in this dessert. Dorie’s directions were spot on for helping me through the process but somehow my finished product looked a little wonky. I baked these a couple at a time and my first couple burned. I think my dough must have been thinner than Dorie’s. I baked the rest 5 minutes less and they came out perfect.
